Most businesses already own good software. The waste is in the gaps between the systems.

System integration connects separate software so data moves between it automatically. Automation goes a step further and takes over repetitive steps entirely: reading an order from an email, creating the job, reserving stock, sending the acknowledgement and raising the invoice when it ships.

We work with what you have. There is rarely a need for an expensive ERP replacement when the real problem is that your systems don't share information. A well-built integration is invisible: it simply makes the copying, checking and chasing disappear.

What we connect

We build integrations with APIs where they exist and dependable workarounds where they don't, then monitor them so failures never go unnoticed.

“A system which is used all day every day and has improved operational efficiency and insight.”

We engaged Evgeny to create a bespoke piece of software for managing workflow, measuring capacity and producing MI. The project was smooth, pain free and delivered promptly. Evgeny brought many ideas for functionality over and above the brief and we were very pleased with the end result, a system which is used all day every day and has improved operational efficiency and insight.

Questions, answered

What is system integration?

System integration means connecting separate software applications so they share data automatically. For example, an order entered in your job system creates the invoice in your accounts package without anyone re-typing it.

Do we need to replace our ERP to fix this?

Usually not. Most businesses get more value, faster and at lower risk, by connecting and extending the systems they already have. We will tell you if replacement genuinely makes more sense.

What if our software doesn't have an API?

Many older systems don't. We can often use scheduled exports, database connections, email-based handoffs or file drops to exchange data reliably, with monitoring so you know if anything stops.

Which processes are worth automating first?

The ones that are repetitive, frequent and error-prone: order entry, invoice matching, status updates and recurring reports. We rank candidates by hours saved and risk removed, then start at the top.

Is automation safe? What if it gets something wrong?

We design automations to check their own work and hand anything unusual to a person, with a full log of what happened. Nothing important happens silently.

What's slowing you down?

A free, no-obligation conversation with Evgeny, the person who would build it. Over coffee in Shrewsbury, on your shop floor or on a call. You will leave with at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.
