On time,
every job.

RFQ. Quotes out while the customer still cares.

A CNC lathe at work

Your machines run to tenths of a millimetre. Your paperwork shouldn't run on guesswork.

Precision machine shops win work on quality and lead time, then lose margin in the office. Enquiry packs wait days for a quote. Paper travellers go missing between ops. Nobody can say with confidence whether Thursday's delivery is really on track until it's too late.

We build job management systems for CNC subcontractors and precision engineers: RFQs logged and costed from your own rates, routings and travellers on a tablet at the machine, live capacity by cell, inspection results and material certs tied to the job, and invoices that raise themselves at dispatch.

Questions, answered

What software do CNC machine shops use?

Many small machine shops run on a mix of an accounting package, spreadsheets for quoting and scheduling, and paper job cards. Larger ones use an ERP or MRP system, often with spreadsheets filling the gaps. A bespoke job management system replaces the spreadsheets and paper, and can sit alongside an existing ERP.

How can a machine shop quote RFQs faster?

By logging every enquiry in one place, extracting quantities and materials from the drawing pack automatically, and costing from stored machine rates, set-up times and material prices. Estimators then spend their time on judgement, not data entry.

Can you replace our paper job travellers?

Yes. Digital travellers show the routing, current drawing revision and instructions on a tablet at the machine. Operators book operations on and off, which also gives you live job status and actual times for costing.

Does it work with our CAD/CAM and ERP?

We integrate with common accounting and ERP systems and can import data from CAD/CAM exports. Where there is no API, we use reliable file or database exchanges.

Will it help with ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits?

A good job system makes audits easier because traceability, inspection records, certificates and corrective actions are stored against each job and easy to retrieve. The software supports your quality system; certification remains your process.

We are a 15-person shop. Is this overkill?

No. Smaller shops often benefit most, because one or two people carry the whole office. We start with the single biggest bottleneck, often quoting or job tracking, and build from there.

What's slowing you down?

A free, no-obligation conversation with Evgeny, the person who would build it. Over coffee in Shrewsbury, on your shop floor or on a call. You will leave with at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.
