When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.

We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies; a single session cookie is set to protect the contact form from abuse.

To keep spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks in the background that a person, not a bot, is sending the message. To do this Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address; it does not use this information for advertising. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any work that follows, and then deleted. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].

Intellimatic Limited is the data controller for information sent through this site. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
