If the first time you see a problem is in the month-end report, it is already too late to fix it.

Business intelligence (BI) means gathering the data your business already produces and presenting it so decisions are fast and well informed. For a manufacturer that might be on-time delivery, machine utilisation, scrap, quote conversion, job margin and cash.

We connect to your systems, clean up the data, agree the handful of numbers that really matter, and build dashboards and reports that update themselves. You stop arguing about whose spreadsheet is right and start acting on the same picture.

What you get

Questions, answered

What is business intelligence for a small business?

For an SME, business intelligence is simply having accurate, up-to-date numbers about the business in one place, presented so they are quick to understand. It replaces manual reports and spreadsheets with dashboards and reports that refresh automatically.

Do you use Power BI?

We use Power BI when it suits the business and its Microsoft 365 setup, and build custom dashboards into your own system when that is simpler for your team. The choice depends on who needs the numbers and where they already work.

Our data is messy. Can you still help?

Almost everyone's data is messy. Part of the work is cleaning it, agreeing definitions and fixing the process that created the mess, so the numbers stay reliable.

Which KPIs should a manufacturer track?

Common starting points are on-time in-full delivery, work in progress, capacity load, quote conversion rate, job margin, scrap and rework, and debtor days. We help you pick the few that drive decisions in your business rather than a wall of charts.

Can our customers see their own figures?

Yes. We can publish customer-specific dashboards or automated KPI packs through a secure portal, which many OEM customers now expect from their suppliers.

What's slowing you down?

A free, no-obligation conversation with Evgeny, the person who would build it. Over coffee in Shrewsbury, on your shop floor or on a call. You will leave with at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.
